Electronic Imposition

Prinergy workshop and True Flow is used to impose the digital files through software as per job planning and producing single flat as output, resulting in accuracy, swift work and client satisfaction.

CTP Using Thermal Plates

Kodak Trendsetter 800 Q Plate setter and Screen Plate rite 4300 E this sophisticated equipments that gives first generation dots on plate and produces sharper images, by exposing directly on to thermal plates.
Prepress facility at Rich Print uses industry standard pre-presses and desktop applications along with high-end workflow solutions for commercial printing along with CTP systems.

Proofing

Digital proofing on Xerox Colour 1000i and Kyocera TASKALFA 3051 ci.

Press

Sheetfed Offset Presses

Rich Print has a battery of the latest in sheet-fed offset machinery.

Our 1, 2 and 4 colour machines with Aqua varnish coater, I R dryer with high end production values and full computer to plate setup. Sheet-fed presses come in different sizes.

Capacities

Average 800,000 impressions per day (on sheet-fed).

Post Press

Post press is equipped with high-end cutting, binding and packing lines.

We have a wide range of binding options – Perfect Binding, Soft binding which includes center pinning, side pinning, loose leaf binding (also called spiral binding), wire-o-wire binding; hard case binding, automatic folder gluer cum self adhesive tape applicator etc.

Value additions like lamination, (hot & cold) aqua varnish & UV varnish, hot foil stamping, blind embossing and de-bossing are done on demand

Inventory

Rich Print has a wide range of stocks of all substrates from premium paper mills across the globe which is stored in weatherproof conditions, this enables us for minimal turnaround time and enhanced cost efficiency.

Rich Print has entered into annual contracts with major paper and board mills for year round supply.
